[pmfirewall] ipportfw

I browsed through the IPChains How-To and the IPMasquerade How-To, and I am
trying to figure out how to do the ipportfw...

The IP Masquerade How-To suggests to add the following to the
/etc/rc.d/rc.firewall file: 

--

#echo "Enabling IPPORTFW Redirection on the external LAN..."
#
/usr/local/sbin/ipportfw -C
/usr/local/sbin/ipportfw -A -t(ext_ip)/80 -R (int_ip)/80

--

I am no Linux guru, and I didn't set up the pmfirewall in the first place...
Could you please help me to do the equivalent of the above in pmfirewall?  I
have no idea which files are which with the pmfirewall.
