[pmfirewall] Need some pointers

Greetings~

Here is the scenario

I need to build a Firewall box and it is connected to a NAT box.
How am i suppose to set the Ipchains rules?
Is there any scripts like pmfirewall?
The firewall box will have 3 NICs and eth0 is connected to a Cisco Router,
eth1 connected to a Vhost Box and eth2 connected to a NAT box. From the NAT
box it will connected to a HUB and There would be 4 workstations going to
connect.

The following is the diagram

ISP - CISCO - Firewall - HUB - NAT - HUB - Workstations
                          | \
                Vhost Box \
                                    DNS
All helps greatly appreciated. If there is any nice documents other than man
ipchains Please do let me know : )
