All you should have to do is adjust the rules in the pmfirewall
scripts to address the 3rd NIC...(eth2?)

After a script edit just restart pmfirewall and you should be
good to go..

I can't say if the logging goes beyond 2 nics but I do
think it should not be interface specific...
