[pmfirewall] Can access to outside network be selectively allowed?

I am setting up a small network (8-10 Win 98 workstations)using a Linux box with two network cards
running Red Hat 6.2 as a gateway the internet for the inside network via a dsl line. I only want
to allow Internet access for 3-4 workstations. Is there a way to selectively allow (or block)
access to the outside network using pmfirewall?
