[pmfirewall] IDENT forwarding/masquerading

Hello,

I would like to know how ident could be easily forwarded/masqueraded using
PMFirewall rules. I have looked into standalone ident daemons that support
masquerading, but figured it might be possible by simply adding a rule to
PMFirewall.

Any pointers ?
