[pmfirewall] help on icmp

Anyone know why this happens?

I would like to allow icmp request to my external interface but after I
configured pmfirewall, I couldn't ping from outside (anywhere outside of my
network). I can only ping from internal to external. Does anyone know
why? I even setup a trust network for the machine I was pinging from in
pmfirewall.rules.local but it didn't work.
