Yes, if you turn on ipchains compatibility in the kernel.

The bad news is, this is not an easy to find option. *FIRST* you have to
enable netfilter support - which is available in make
menu/x/config. However, ipchains support in netfilter is only available in
make config, or by hacking the .config file to say :

CONFIG_IP_NF_COMPAT_IPCHIANS=y

in th Netfilter Config section.

After that, recompile, lilo -v, reboot, and it works.

But finding that option was a bitch because it's badly
(i.e. barely or not at all) documented....
