You are incorrect. In make menuconfig, see Networking Options -> Netfilter
Configuration.

If you're using make menuconfig, there's no excuse; you should see almost
every option there is to offer before compiling. If you're using some
other configuration tool, then I don't claim to know if standard Linux
config practice dictates seeing all the options.. :)
