[pmfirewall] portfw and IPMasquerade

Howdy all, I am new to PMFirewall and IPmasquerading so I am sure you have
probably heard this question MANY times before. So here it goes. All of my
Masquerading rules and port forwarding rules are contained in my
pmfirewall.rules.local file right? I am just double checking to make sure I
am ready to go before I start my project. Plus I am just keeping you
veterans from getting rusty ;)
